School's out club
School’s out for the day, but the learning continues (without even noticing)!
With the School’s Out Club, we bring fun, on-site after-school programs directly to schools for children and teens of different ages. Our bilingual staff guide the students through engaging activities that make learning English active, playful, and meaningful.
Teamwork and social interaction are always at the heart of every session, so students not only practice English but also enjoy spending time together.
Elementary school children who join our bilingual after-school program often transition more easily into secondary school, especially in English.
We build vocabulary step by step in a playful, age-appropriate way and help children develop a first understanding of the language. Through daily routines, like sharing lunch together, new skills are reinforced naturally, leading to small achievements without any pressure.
Regular exposure to English helps students stop seeing it as a “foreign” language – instead, they use it confidently and naturally.
How the MySchool’s Out Club Works:
- Children are handed over to our team by the municipal after-school staff (12:00–2:00 PM).
- They enjoy a freshly prepared lunch with the group.
- Afterwards, they take part in a variety of activities, designed to match the theme of the day and the season.
We regularly develop new projects tailored to the children’s interests in areas such as:
- Arts and crafts
- Indoor and outdoor games
- Role play & Theater
- Multimedia
Currently, the MySchool’s Out Club is offered at the following schools:
Pfaffendorf Elementary School (since 2016)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Lunch: freshly prepared warm lunch served daily at 2:00 PM
Horchheim Elementary School (since 2018)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Lunch: freshly prepared warm lunch served daily at 2:00 PM
Are you looking for a flexible afternoon care program for your students?
Our programs go beyond simple supervision! In the MySchool’s Out Club, we organize language games and activities that are both fun and educational, helping children develop social skills while practicing English. The supervisors speak exclusively in English. Children quickly adapt to the bilingual environment, expand their vocabulary, and overcome any initial inhibitions.
How It Works:
- We start with an intitial meeting at your school. You show us the spaces we may use during the program and share your priorities and requirements.
- Based on this information, we create a concept tailored to your school’s needs.
- We survey parents to assess the after-school care needs of their children.
- Using the results of the survey, we define the program scope, including the number and length of afternoons offered.
- Once the needs and program scope are defined, we finalize the concept and send registration forms to parents.
This process usually takes around 6 months.

English Field Trips & Activity Days
Whether it’s My Murder Mystery or My Scavenger Hunt, children and teens are fully engaged in the activities – and often don’t even realize they’re speaking English. Language learning happens naturally and effortlessly, as part of the fun.
In small groups, teens are sent to a crime scene where forensic investigators are already on-site. Their mission: identify the victim, search for clues about the cause of death, and gather all the evidence needed to solve the case.
Is there a murder weapon? Could it be somewhere else? Following a critical “clue,” the group moves from one checkpoint to the next, interviewing witnesses and suspects along the way. Do they have a motive? An alibi? Who seems trustworthy - and who raises suspicion?
Each checkpoint brings them closer to solving the mystery.
At the end, the teens gather all the evidence and try to identify the culprit. Along the way, teens discover hidden talents they never knew they had - and most importantly, they realize that learning English can be actually fun!
